Membership Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Central Vancouver Island Orchid Society. Please fill out the form below, then drop off your payment at the next meeting or mail a cheque to: #505 450 Stewart Ave., Nanaimo B.C., V9S 5E9.

If you prefer to pay via e-transfer, you will receive an email shortly after submitting your membership form and transfer instructions will be provided.

Once your payment is received, you will receive your membership card.
